The room on the first floor suffers from poor insulation, allowing for annoying noise from traffic, especially in the morning. Additionally, there’s no breakfast option available, which may hinder those expecting a more traditional hotel experience.

The hospitality was exceptional, with Chiara and Marco offering great tips for our family adventures. The room was spacious for our four kids and featured a stunning view of the canal. We loved the peaceful atmosphere despite being so centrally located.
In my wife's opinion, a larger breakfast selection would have been great.

Fantastic location right by the canal, allowing for picturesque views of gondolas passing by. The helpful staff offered excellent restaurant recommendations, enhancing the overall experience. The room was well-equipped with luxurious linens and an espresso maker, but the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. While the ambiance was soothing, with gondoliers' songs adding to the charm, expect some morning noise due to the bustling surroundings.

The central location allows easy access to major attractions, and the canal view from the room is truly postcard-worthy. Daily housekeeping was a luxury that made returning to a perfectly arranged space a delight. However, the hotel lacks elevator service, making it challenging to navigate with luggage, and additional breakfast options would enhance the experience.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and the great opportunity to unwind by sipping complimentary Prosecco while relaxing in the beautifully decorated room. great location but amenities need improvement
The location was superb, with a beautiful view of the canal and charming gondoliers singing as they passed. My room was quite spacious, providing a comfortable bed that made for restful nights. I appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water each day, adding a nice touch. The city view during the sunrises was stunning and made mornings feel special.
However, there was a lack of replenishment for shower amenities, which could be improved.
